  1. Ask people to buy things
  2. Don’t waste opportunities and miss the buying signals
  3. Selling is not just about good talking, it’s about good listening too
  4. Understand your customer’s journey
  5. Just leaving a brochure with them is a wasted journey.  If you see them talk to them and don’t waste the opportunity
  6. Ask about the past, its something that can easily be agreed upon
  7. What customer’s buy is value not features
  8. Don’t sell by email or text.  Sell in person – it shows you care
  9. Remember act on these tips:
  • Look the part
  • Don’t be aggressive
  • Make sure you have the add ons they need
  • Its easier to sell to a customer you already have
  • Congratulate the customer “I feel you have made the right choice”
